The finished products
Be it in our production units or those of our international partners, each production launch is supervised by the technician in charge of the project. French technicians from LENER CORDIER, or Ukrainian technicians from LELA (for manufacturing in Eastern Europe), go on site to validate any of the group's launches, thus ensuring a consistent level of quality. Manufacturing controls are then made directly on the production lines.
Two quality managers based in Kiev oversee all the Eastern European productions and provide the technicians with additional help if necessary.
For more substantial or complex series, samples may be made upstream at the head office in Hazebrouck (France-59) and accompany production with support.
A final control is performed before export.
All the finished products come back to our warehouses (Hazebrouck), where the Finished Product Quality Department does a picking from the series in accordance with Military Standards. Final validation is then given before delivery to our customers

Raw materials
Our integrated Quality Department controls all the raw materials, be it those selected by our style team or those supplied by our customers.
Upon receipt of the sample, the fabrics undergo a first stage of materials tests according to their characteristics (woollen, lining, water-repellent, soft dressmaking, etc.): weights, shadings, hand, pilling, washing (bleeding, shrinkage, curling, appearance after maintenance, etc.), friction, composition, slipping of seams, water-repellency threshold, etc.
These results are analysed and compared with the technical data sheets of the suppliers. The fabrics are then ordered, optimised or cancelled depending on the case.
A second control stage is carried out on delivery of the production fabrics. Upon receipt, verification of compliance with the fabric sample is required before the final launch into production. The accessories are also subjected to tests according to their specifications.
To meet certain customer requirements, we work with partner laboratories that can certify the results.

For more than 60 years, LENER CORDIER has been the specialist in coats. This French know-how acquired in our clothing workshops went through all the fashion trends and requirements, but also has been able to adjust to the various economic situations.
Today we continue to produce, respecting the family requirement for quality and "good fit" through the choice of materials, the excellent finishing work but most of all through an impeccable production process.
To maintain this level, we have implemented the constant supervision of our teams. All the trades are represented within our French production unit, and gateways are thus established with the various participants in our own production units or those through partnership.
In this way, we can best secure all the stages before and during production, up to delivery.
