The production
France
Our production unit, historically based in Hazebrouck (59), gathers together more than 150 people. This workshop meets a responsiveness and ultra-quality demand, especially for small batch production (collection repeats, capsule collections, etc.) and our customers' Premium collections.
Each workstation is represented therein and relies on a close collaboration between the departments. This is where the technical manuals and specifications are created, developed and analysed with maximum precision before being sent to production.

From online automated cutting networked with our design office to the most traditional tools, our pool of machinery is capable of meeting any demands and specificities
Ukraine
Lener Cordier was one of the forerunners to establish itself in this country (1990). For a long time, Ukraine has had technical mastery in the manufacture of coats. It was therefore an obvious choice.
Our own plant, UKLENCO, based in Berezne, employs more than 250 people and is certified to the European BSCI and ICS standards. Its production mode was modelled on its French counterpart. It is backed up by a complete Design Department and an integrated quality department, our subsidiary LELA, which oversees the production units. The gateways between LENER CORDIER France and Ukraine are numerous.
Our background and our knowledge in this market allows flexibility in the development of our partnerships in Ukraine (more than 15 sub-contractors), but also in Bulgaria, Romania and Belarus. We look for the best sourcing to provide us the most appropriate response to the demand, and our Production Scheduling-Launch Department manages the workflows to optimise delivery turnarounds.

More than 600,000 pieces per year are manufactured in Eastern Europe
LELA
A subsidiary of the group, based in Kiev, LELA integrates a design office (with integrated Model-Making Department), a Logistics Department (transport and customs) and a Sales Department that meets the needs of the market in Eastern countries.
A technical team of 10 people manages quality, controls conformity at the start of each production run, and supervises finished products in our UKLENCO factory as well as in those of our sub-contracting partners.

Vietnam
Since the beginning of 2000, Lener Cordier has developed a partnership with 2 Vietnamese groups. While imposing its organisation, working methods and attention to quality, a relationship of trust was established. This country provides a competitive response, but also more and more qualitative in the field of textile. A true LENER CORDIER gateway was implemented: an agent on site manages the daily exchanges, and a quality department made up of 3 technicians ensures constant control.
This sourcing was developed to provide a competitive response in sportswear products: raincoats, trench coats, parkas, etc.

To position ourselves as a true partner in ready-to-wear, we have integrated our own Logistics Department.
A true hub, all raw materials transit via this department for an initial control, and are then dispatched to the various production units. More than 80% of the finished products come back to our warehouses, and are checked before being delivered according to the standards set forth in our customers' specifications.
Our storage capacity for raw materials, both cardboard and hangers allows us to be flexible and responsive.
Our Logistics Department handles all the administrative tasks involved for customs clearance, with the collaboration of partners, forwarding agents and carriers specialised in the field of textile.

A dedicated team of about 20 people
Storage capacity on trolleys of 60,000 pieces
Raw material warehouse of more than 4,200 m2, and more than 3,000 m2 of finished products.
Several years ago, armed with its know-how, LENER CORDIER developed a Custom Production Department for coats, but also for jackets, trousers and soft dressmaking.
